Ingredients :
- 6 Red Potatoes
- 4 Cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon parsley salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons parsley flakes
- 1 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon herb and cheese blend
Method :
- Cut potatoes in quarters and peel garlic cloves. Put in large pot, cover with water add a pinch of salt (I like to use Himalayan pink salt) and boil.
- Once boiling reduce heat to low-medium for about 20-25 minutes. Or until potatoes are tender.
- Drain well than return to pot. Add butter, milk, salts, white pepper, parsley and mash
- Add in parmesan and cheese blend
