Ingredients :
- crust
- 20 oz canned tuna
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup arrowroot powder
- 2 large eggs
- filling
- 2 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup grape tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cup black olives ripened
- coating of the pan
- 3 tbsp margarine
Method :
- Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit. Coat the pie pan with margarine.
- Mix the crust ingredients. Tuna, parmesan cheese,arrowroot powder, and eggs. Add to pie pan and press into bottom and sides.
- Slice the olives and tomatoes in half and add to top of crust. Shred the cheddar cheese add on top. Put into oven 15-20 minutes. Leave in for 25-30 minutes for a crunchy crust.
