Ingredients :
- 2.5 pounds chicken breast
- 2/3 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 medium carmelized onion, chopped, optional
Method :
- Trim the fat off of the chicken breast.
- In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and mix together.
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a small bowl, combine the eggs, minced garlic, and salt. Mix together.
- Dip each chicken breast in the wet mix then the dry mix and place on a pan.
- Cook for 20 minutes. Flip the chicken over and cook for an additional 10 minutes and enjoy!
