Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup tapioca flour
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
Method :
- Blend all the ingredients together until obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Heat the waffle iron.
- Light brush it with butter. Then, fill the waffle iron with blended mixture and close the waffle iron.
- Let cook about 3 minutes to be soft or 5 to well toasted. Remove from the waffle iron and serve immediately.
