Ingredients :
- 4 chicken breast
- 1 1/2 cup shredded Velveeta cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 8 slices cheese
- Dash salt
- Dash pepper
- 2 scallion onions
- Olive oil (enough to coat your pan)
- 1/2 milk
Method :
- Cook bacon til nice and crispy
- Rinse your chicken, then I pound mine down to about an inch thick
- Coat your pan with olive oil and set on medium heat
- Salt and pepper chicken to your taste
- Add chicken to pan and cook on medium to med low heat for about 20 minutes on each side
- About 10 minutes til chicken is done add milk cheese and butter in a sauce pan and heat on medium low until cheese is nice and smooth
- Plate up chicken by topping chicken with cheese sauce and bacon crumbles and scallions
- Enjoy !!!!!!
